Winemaker Notes: The grapes are lightly pressed and the juice is fermented under temperature control(64°F to 68°F), in stainless steel vats. It creates a perfect balanced and complex wine.; The wine ages four months on the lees in the stainless steel vats and is then gently fined and bottled. It is only released after a few months after ageing in the bottle.; Grape Varieties: 100% Viognier; Food Pairing: To be served at 54°F to 59°F as an aperitif or with pastry-based appetizers, or enjoyed chilled on its own or with fresh fish, poultry, Asian cuisine, or shell fish.
Tasting Notes: This 100% Viognier is a pale yellow color with a pale green hue and an intense bouquet of white flowers (acacias, hyacinth, orange tree flowers). Rich and lush with aromas of tropical fruits, dried apricots, hazelnuts and honey are rich and lush with a crisp and lively finish.
